Since the spin-off in 2000, we have relied on the professional association for the construction industry based in Berlin and the professional association for food and hospitality based in Mannheim as shareholders. And since January 1, 2017 also to the professional association for raw materials and chemical industry based in Heidelberg. These three important commercial social insurance carriers create the basis on which we can continuously develop our innovative IT solutions and maintain our central market position in the future. Who is BG-Phoenics? We are an IT service provider and partner of the statutory accident insurance, whose future and efficiency are increasingly related to the use of complex and secure information technology. For a maximum of quality and speed, we combine all the requirements for highly efficient business processes of a social security institution with the use of the most modern technology. BG-Phoenics stands for many years of competence in the IT industry, in-depth industry knowledge, state-of-the-art technologies and comprehensive IT services. In addition to our company headquarters and another location in Hanover, we are on site for our customers twice in Munich and at nine other locations throughout Germany. We look after a total of 6,300 users with over 18,400 devices at more than 130 of our customers' locations.
