Assessment of Applications Applicants will be assessed against the relevant criteria to ensure that the minimum entry requirements are satisfied. The course director of HKCI will be responsible for assessing the applications. Teaching Mode Classes will be conducted on week day evenings (Monday to Friday) or week end afternoons (Saturday and Sunday) Refund Policies: Full refund to student will be arranged if withdrawal application is received by HKCI at least one month prior to the commencing date of the said course. Or else, there is no refund. We will refund to the CEF applicants within one month.
